First let me extend a warm welcome to you. I created this site to review those products that I have used and work in my quest to lose weight and burn fat fast. So let me tell you a little about how I got to this point…..
Firstly I don’t think I am overweight, but I have wanted for years to lose, maybe,10 – 20 pounds. I just wanted to drop one or two dress sizes and know that when I saw that great outfit in the shop window, I could try it on and it would look as sensational on me as the shop dummy (most of the time I would try on clothes, look in the mirror, and it would be me feeling like a shop dummy!!)
I have tried dieting – but like all the good books tell you – as soon as you stop you put on even more weight.I have tried increasing my exercising but I am not the type of person that gets off by doing heaps of aerobic stuff and frankly I really don’t think it helped me at all. I mostly eat sensibly and don’t really crave sweet things but the weight still seems to creep up each year!
So over the past few years I have tried different diets, several pills – both natural and not, and different forms of exercises and several “miracle” weight loss machines – you name it and I’ve tried it!! Boy, I even remember buying one of those electrode machines that were supposed to rapidly contract your muscles so I didn’t need to do anything!!!

Anyway, I am now happy with my dress size and I am also a lot wiser about what does and what doesn’t work. So this review is to give you the best ways to burn fat fast from what I have tried.
